NM400耐磨钢板脱碳原因分析及改善措施

             

摘要

针对NM400高强韧耐磨钢板脱碳层厚度偏高的问题,进行了厚度方向的连续硬度检测及金相组织分析,结果表明钢的脱碳层深度达0.9 mm。分析认为,淬火温度偏高、保温时间不准确是导致钢板脱碳的主要原因,同时钢板化学成分及加热碳势也对钢板脱碳有直接影响。通过优化钢板成分、改善加热条件、涂覆保护涂料等措施,脱碳层厚度降低至0.1 mm以下。%In view of the excessive problem of the decarburized layer on NM400 High Strength Wear Resistant Steel Plate, the main defect characteristics were described using test method on microstructure and core hardness and the decarburized layer was found about 0.9 mm. By analyzing and study, the quenching temperature and holding time were the main reasons for decarburization, meanwhile, chemical composition and carbon potential of heating furnace affected on the decarburization directly. To decrease the thickness of the decarburization layer, three prevention measures of optimizing composition, improvement for heating conditions, coating with a protective coating were taken. Through mass production, the average thickness of the decarburized layer can be reduced to less than 0.1 mm.
