热轧宽带钢侧弯的原因分析与控制

         

摘要

A hydraulic model experiment on BF simulation of deadman in iron-making has been made. The effects of deadman change on flow field in the hearth has been studied. The results showed that: with the decreasing of Deadman volume, Circulation will be weakened. It is very favorable to reduce the erosion of hearth wall surface. Due to the increasing of deadman porosity which can maintain better hot strength of coke and is conducive to the reduction of hearth circulation, the life of furnace hearth can be prolonged. With the increasing of the no focal space layer height on the bottom namely the floating height can be increased. This process can reduce the wall velocity and prolong the life of furnace hearth.%从分析带钢侧弯的影响因素入手,结合生产线特点,重点从改善钢坯加热质量、提高辊系稳定性、改进侧导板对中度、提高轧机零调精度等方面进行改进。改进后,轧制中心线漂移量由原来的50 mm以上控制在15 mm以内,冷轧基料头尾侧弯明显改善,单侧切边量控制在5 mm以内。
