Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of the cyclinA and p27kipl in brain gliomas. Methods A total of 10 samples of normal brain tissue and 80 samples of glioma tissue were collected to investigate the expressions of protein cyclinA and p27kipl with immunohistochemistry S-P method. Results In normal brain tissue, cyclinA was all negative. The positive expression rates of cyclinA and p27kipl in glioma of grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ , Ⅳ were statistically difference(P <0. 05 ). Compared with normal tissues, the difference was statistically significant in cyclinA, p27kipl of human brain gliomas(P <0. 05). cyclinA and p27kipl expressions had a negative correlation(r = -0.298, P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion cyclinA and p27kipl in the tumorigenesis of gliomas may play an important role, they are correlated with glioma malignant degree.%目的 探讨cyclinA和p27kip1在脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义.方法 采用S-P免疫组织化学法检测10例正常脑组织、80例人脑胶质瘤组织中cyclinA和p27kip1的表达.结果 10例正常脑组织中未出现cyclinA阳性染色,cyclinA、p27kip1在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的表达明显高于其在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中的表达(P均<0.05).cyclinA和p27kip1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.298,P<0.05).结论 cyclinA和p27kip1在脑胶质瘤的发生中可能起重要作用,二者与胶质瘤的恶性程度相关.
