基于电厂热控系统中热控保护装置的故障与保护的分析

         

摘要

随着科技的不断发展,电站机组的自动化水平不断提高,DCS在大型热电力厂中得到广泛的应用,同时电厂对DCS系统的依赖也在逐渐加深,因此保证热控保护系统的安全性和可靠性显得更加的重要。但在当下热控保护系统运行中发现不少的故障问题,这些问题影响到整个电厂热控的有序进行,为了使热控系统能够安全可靠运行,必须要对存在的故障问题进行分析,并制定出相应的改善措施,以期使机组装置达到安全、稳定的工作状态。%With the continuous development of technology, the automation level of power plant units have the continuous improvement. DCS has been widely used in large-scale thermal power plants, the reliance of power plant on DCS system is gradually deepened, so ensuring the safety and reliability of thermal control protection system is even more important. But in the present, there are many faults during thermal control protection system operation, those problems affect the entire power plant thermal control in an orderly manner. In order to make the thermal control system safe and reliable operation, the fault must be analyzed, and appropriate improvement measures should be developed to make the unit means to achieve a safe, stable working condition.
