In the actual operation of power system, the probability of two-phase grounding short-circuit fault is very low. Generally, this problem is seldom discussed in the training of relay protection staff in power system, but in fact, the fault status can be simulated in the relay protection verification for debugging, which is conducive to better grasp the protection debugging of employees. In this paper, the fault situation of two-phase grounding short-circuit fault is analyzed. Taking WXH 803 line protection device as an example, the protection debugging is carried out.
