水性有机硅树脂弹性外墙涂料的研制与应用研究

摘要

In this paper, we use elasticpolyacrylic emulsion, silicone resin and polyurethane dispersion mixture as the binder, prepared with rutile titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate and calcined kaolin as pigments and iflers, With additives prepared water based organic silicone elastomer exterior paint. The best preparation conditions was optimized, as folows: the amount of pigment is added 40wt%, elasticpolyacrylic emulsion SC-138 added in an amount of 35wt%, an elastic polyurethane dispersion is added in an amount pu101 5wt%, of pure silicone resin of BS-43N add an amount of 5wt%. Application research results show that the development of water based organic silicon resin elastic exterior wal coating with good comprehensive performance, such as high tensile strength, low water absorbing capacity, high dirt-pickup resistance good permeability and so on.%以丙烯酸弹性乳液、纯有机硅树脂和聚氨酯分散体混合体为基料，以金红石钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、煅烧高岭土为颜填料，配以助剂制备了水性有机硅树脂弹性外墙涂料并优化了制备条件，为：颜填料的加入量为40wt%，丙烯弹性酸乳液SC-138的加入量为35wt%，弹性聚氨酯分散体pu101的加入量为5wt%，纯有机硅树脂BS-43N的加入量为5wt%。应用研究结果表明：研制的水性有机硅树脂弹性外墙涂料具有较高拉伸强度、低吸水量、低沾污性和良好透气性等良好的综合性能。
