摘要

This paper investigated the application of Clean Development Mechanism（CDM） in biomass power generation projects,the project development was investigated from the perspective of methodology,additionality and baseline selection,the emission reduction measurement and calculation principal were described from the perspective of monitoring.%探讨清洁发展机制（CDM）应用于生物质能发电项目,从方法学、额外性、基准线等方面探讨了项目的开发,从监测的角度,阐述了生物质能发电项目的减排量计量及计算原理。
