输电线路张力架线双向防跑线装置设计

             

摘要

During the tension stringing construction of transmission lines, the fracture of the wire or traction rope may cause huge damage to the people and property below the tower and the wire, especially when crossing important facilities such as railway, high way, power line and navigable river channel. In order to reduce the consequences of this damage, a theoretical model of the anti-slip-line device for tension stringing is proposed which can grasp the cable in two directions in the vicinity of the line tackle in a short time after the fracture of the cable. The device is designed with a linkage mechanism following lever principle, which sets the active trajectory at one side of the lever into a variable trajectory. This would ensure enough loose passing space during normal conditions and the ability of fast grasp after receiving the clamping signal at the same time. The symmetrical complementary structure is adopted to achieve fast clamping of the wire for fracture happen at any side of the device. This device will provide a feasible solution for the line-broken protection and improve the intrinsically safety for the transmission line stringing construction.%输电线路张力放线施工过程中导线或牵引绳断裂后会对铁塔和导线下方人、财物造成巨大破坏,特别是在跨越铁路、高速公路、电力线路和通航河道等重要设施时.为尽可能减小破坏影响,设计一种能在线缆断裂后较短时间内,在放线滑车位置附近,能双向抓住线缆的张力放线防跑线装置.根据杠杆原理设计一种连杆机构,将杠杆一端活动轨迹设置为变轨迹形式,以实现正常未夹紧时宽裕的通过空间和接收到夹紧信号后的快速抓紧,采用对称互补结构,实现不论导线在设备哪侧断裂均能快速夹紧.为断线防护提供一种可行的解决方案,提高输电线路架线施工安全.
