in view of the actual situation, the complex roof lithology in 15101working face Zhang Shi Gou Coal Co., Ltd., many factors restricted the selection of reasonable support scheme , the extremely dififcult determination of the program, after repeated analysis and demonstration, further optimized the design, ensured the support stability, reliability, and provided an effective guarantee for the safety mining of the working face.%针对掌石沟煤业有限公司15101首采工作面顶板岩性复杂，制约支护方案合理性选择的因素繁多，方案确定极其困难的实际状况，经反复分析论证，进一步优化了方案设计，保证了支护稳定性、可靠性，为本工作面的安全开采提供了有效保证。
