基于可靠性理论下煤矿机电设备的安全有效运行研究

摘要

该文从煤矿机电设备运行中故障频发、检修成果低、缺乏运行考核指标这三个问题出发，以可靠理论为基础，对煤矿机电设备进行了函数分析，阐述了煤矿机电设备的可靠性研究，综合这两点提出了煤矿机电设备安全有效运行就需要加大投入力度、做好定期检查和可靠性分析以及增加维修投入。%This paper from three problems the fault frequency of the coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment in operation, the low maintenance results, and the lack index of operational assessment, based on reliable theory, using the function analysis, elaborated the coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment reliability, put forward that increasing the investment strength, doing well the regular inspection and the reliability analysis and increasing the maintenance investment is need of the coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment safe and effective operation.
