In recent years, coal mine frequent occurrence of accidents, caused a great loss to the country and the people, the deep reason, is the coal mine talent shortage caused. In this regard, this paper proposes some solutions, hoping to provide a useful reference for the coal mine safety, sustainable, healthy development.%近年来，煤矿矿难频发，给国家和人民造成了巨大的损失，究其深层次原因，是由煤矿人才紧缺造成的。对此，该文提出了一些解决方法，希望能为煤矿的安全、可持续、健康发展提供有益的借鉴。
