二次动压巷道支护优化技术应用

         

摘要

In view of the geological conditions of the intake airflow roadway in the 28206 working face of Coal Mine, through the analysis of the observation of roadway and the activity of the gateway surrounding rock loose circle, the paper concluded that the size of the secondary pressure loose surrounding rock can be predicted to provide the basis for optimization of supporting design, and by means of high prestressed anchor cable, high strength bolt, and strengthen anchor cable of small aperture, the deformation of roadway surrounding rock can be effectively controlled, which can meet the production requirements.%本文针对东曲矿28206 工作面进风巷生产地质条件,通过观测分析巷道松动圈以及围岩离层活动情况,推断二次动压巷道围岩松动破坏范围大小,进一步为优化支护设计提供依据,通过高预应力锚索、高强度锚杆以及加强帮部的小孔径强力锚索,可以有效控制巷道围岩变形,满足生产要求.
