氧瓶燃烧-电位滴定法测定3-溴-2-羰基环己甲酰胺的含量

             

摘要

A new determination method of the gliclazide form amide was developed. The sample was decomposed was buried to carbon dioxide, bromine compounded into titrated potentiometrically with standard solution of silver intermediate 3 - Bromo - 2 - oxo - eyelohexyl oxygen flask method. The carbon in the sample potassium bromide. The resulting bromide was nitrate. This method could be used in a large scale and the relative error was less than 1%.%测定了格列奇特中间体3-溴-2-羰基环己甲酰胺的含量。样品经氧气瓶分解后,有机物中的碳和氢被氧化,溴索转化成钾盐。用电位滴定法测定溴的含量。此种方法的检测范围很宽阔,相对误差小于1%。
