本文采用复合引发体系,以丙烯酰胺(AM)为聚合单体,通过接枝共聚改善棉织物的亲水性,文中探讨了物料配比、反应温度等因素对织物改性效果的影响。实验结果表明:在通氮条件下,复合引发体系为过硫酸铵-尿素体系(质量比为1:2),m(棉织物):m(AM)=1:5,θ=40℃,t =2h,所得棉织物接枝效率为8.10%,吸水性可以提高至75%。对改性后的棉织物的化学结构采用红外光谱进行表征,结果表明,接枝共聚反应顺利发生。%Acrylamide monomers were grafted onto the cotton fabric by used complex initiator system,the hydrophilic property of the cotton fabric was improved. In this paper,the influences of molar ration of raw materials,reaction temperature on the cotton fabric modified were studied. The optimum reaction condition of graft copolymerization was m (cotton fabric):m(AM)= 1:5,θ = 40℃ ,t = 2h,respectively. The reaction system should be under the nitro,the graft yield can reach 8. 10% ,the water absorption of cotton fabric can reach 75% . Then the structure of grafted fabric was characterized by means of FTIR. The result showed that graft copolymerization has been completed.
