HT200锲子断裂失效分析

摘要

This paper analyzed several reasons connected to the HT 200 casting by macroscopic fracture analysis , microstructure analysis, chemical composition testing, hardness testing and other methods .The results show that the fracture of HT200 is brittle and its chemical composition and microstructure do not meet the standards .Composition distribution, serious segregation, a large number of pore s, impurities and other casting defects also exist .%通过宏观断口检查、金相组织分析、化学成分测试、硬度测试等手段，对 HT200锲子断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明，HT200锲子断裂为脆性断裂，其化学成份不符合标准要求，组织分布不均、成分偏析严重，同时含有大量气孔、夹杂等铸造缺陷。
