小型生物柴油间歇生产装置的选型设计

摘要

以间歇均相催化菜籽油生产生物柴油工艺为例，介绍生产生物柴油间歇反应装置的选型设计。阐述了装置选型设计的主要环节，对反应釜选型和搅拌器选型进行了介绍，提出了影响搅拌器搅拌效果的因素和考虑搅拌器放大效应的必要性。%The design of the Small scale intermittent biodiesel production unit was introduced in this paper with the technology of intermittent homogeneous catalysis rapeseed oil to product biodiesel as an example .The key point of the design method was report and the design of the selection of Reaction kettle and agitator was introduced .The influence factor of the agitator effects and the necessity and importance of the scaling effect consideration also were put forward .
