多环芳烃(Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs)是目前环境中广泛关注的一类新型有机污染物,具有"三致作用",常吸附于污泥而影响厌氧发酵过程.截止至目前,如何提高污泥中PAHs在厌氧发酵过程中的降解效率的研究还未见报道.本论文首先采用快速准确测定污泥中菲的方法,在此基础上,研究了腐殖质调控对菲在污泥厌氧发酵过程中降解效率的影响,并对其促进机理深入分析.%Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) is one of persistent organic pollutants, which existed in the waste activated sludge (WAS) and would influence the anaerobic fermentation process due to great toxicity.However, little information is currently available on how to enhance the anaerobic biodegradation efficiency of PAHs in WAS.The concentration of phenantherne was determined fast and accurately by the high-performance liquid chromatogram.On this basis, the effects of phenantherne on the WAS anaerobic fermentation were investigated and the mechanisms were further explored.
