咪唑缓冲溶液方法-流动注射分析测定水体中总氮的探讨

摘要

This paper introduces the determination of total nitrogen in water by imidazole buffer solution-flow injection analyzer method.The detection limit, precision and accuracy can meet the experimental requirements and standard addition recovery rate compared with the traditional method of alkaline potassium persulfate, and this method has the characteristic of convenient operation and high efficiency.Moreover, analysis efficiency is more than four times higher than that of traditional method.This method provides a convenient, fast and feasible method for determination of total nitrogen in water.%介绍了采用咪唑缓冲溶液-流动注射分析仪测定水中总氮的方法.该方法与传统碱性过硫酸钾法比较,检出限、精密度、准确度和加标回收率都能达到实验要求,并且具有操作方便、效率高的特点.分析效率比传统方法提高4倍以上,为测定水中总氮提供一种简便、快捷、可行的方法.
