离心泵机械密封的失效分析及改造

摘要

YID100-80-200型离心泵在使用过程中,普通双端面机械密封频繁出现失效泄露的问题.通过对密封失效原因的分析,在泵不换型前提下,采用集装式机械密封替代原有的双端面机械密封.实际生产运行过程证明了改造的有效性.%The common double-end mechanical seals frequently fail to leak existed in the use of centrifugal Pump of YID100-800-200 model. The assembly-type mechanical seal can be used to replace the original double-end mechanical seal without changing the type of the pump after analysis of the cause of seal failure. The validity of the transformation is proved by the actual production operation.
