微滤——膜蒸馏技术浓缩中药提取液的生产工艺

     

摘要

The concentration of Chinese medicine extract is one of the important unit operations in modern Chinese medicine pharmacy process. In this paper,we researched the use of the experimental device and produce device in the concentration process by microfiltration and membrane distillationof Chinese medicine extraction. Immersed hollow fiber membrane modules was used in microfiltration process to achieve solid-liquid separation of the extract,and the extract was concentrated by membrane distillation.The Chinese medicine extract formulation,under the given experimental conditions,avoids the destruction of the active ingredients of the medicinal solution under high temperature and increases the retention of the active ingredient. Using high performance liquid chromatography,when the concentration ratio is 16,the active ingredient retention rate is 86% ~89%.And when the concentration ratio is 12,the active ingredient retention rate is 88% ~91% It has important guiding significance for industrial production.%中药提取液的浓缩是现代中药制药的重要单元操作之一.本文针对使用微滤-膜蒸馏技术浓缩中药提取液的实验、生产装置应用做了研究,用浸没式中空纤维膜组件进行微滤实现提取液的固-液分离,用膜蒸馏进行提取液的浓缩.所用的中药提取液配方,在给定的实验条件下,避免了高温对药液有效成分的破坏,提高了有效成分保留率;采用高效液相色谱分析,在浓缩比16时,有效成分保留率为86% ~89%,浓缩比12时,有效成分保留率为88% ~91%,对工业生产具有重要的指导意义.
