氧化钴催化氧化造纸废水的研究

         

摘要

本实验研究了氧化钴催化氧化深度处理造纸废水的工艺,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、H2O2用量对造纸废水降解效果的影响.实验表明,当反应温度为80℃、催化剂CoO用量为1.0 g/L、30% H2O2用量为3.0 g/L、pH值=6.98、反应时间为90 min条件下时,造纸废水中COD的去除率为84.03 %,脱色率为80.05 %.%In this paper,cobalt oxide catalytic oxidation for advanced treatment of papermaking wastewater was studied. The effects of reaction temperature,catalyst dosage and H2O2dosage on the degradation efficiency of papermaking wastewater were investigated.The experiment shows that when the reaction temperature is 80 degrees,the amount of catalyst CoO is 1 g/L,the dosage of 30% H2O2is 3 g/L,pH =6. 98 and reaction time are 90 min,the removal rate of COD is 84. 03% and the decolorization rate is 80.05%.
