稻壳灰制取水玻璃工艺研究

             

摘要

以稻壳为实验原材料,经过对稻壳的提纯除杂的预处理、搅拌下调节pH、烘干,然后与NaOH溶液反应制备水玻璃.通过研究反应温度、时间、物料比对生成的水玻璃的影响,确定制得所需的水玻璃最优反应条件.本实验得最佳工艺参数,在物料比10g/70mL,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为6h.在此条件下制备的的水玻璃模数为2.9,二氧化硅溶出率为90%.%Using rice husk as raw material of the experiment,after the pretreatment of rice husk purification complex,stirring under the regulation of pH,drying,and then reacted with NaOH solution preparation of water glass,the effects of reaction temperature,time,material ratio to generate water glass,and then filtration process,choose the optimal reaction conditions can be obtained for water glass.The optimum process parameters were obtained. The modulus of water glass was 2.9 in the material ratio 10g/70mL,the reaction temperature was,the reaction time was 6h,and the silica dissolution rate was 90%.
