玉米自交系抗粗缩病田间鉴定试验

摘要

The resistance to rough dwarf virus of some introduced and self breeding maize inbred lines was identified through field test. Most of the 30 inbred lines showed susceptible, but Qi319 and 178 showed high resistance and G39 and WH2 showed immune. The resistant materials were mainly the progenies of tropical germplasms. It was difficult to breed resistant inbred lines with highly susceptible inbred lines as parents.%对引进玉米自交系和部分自选白交系进行了粗缩病抗性田间鉴定.在鉴定的30份自交系中,大部分表现为感病,只有齐319、178表现高抗,G39、WH2表现免疫,抗病材料主要集中在热带种质后代.用高感白交系作亲本组材难以选出抗病性好的自交系.选系分离世代要加大种植规模并注意在晚春播种.
