灰关联熵在选育油菜质不育系B101A的恢复系上的应用

         

摘要

对11个恢复系与其对应优质油菜质不育系B101A所测配新组合的单株产量进行灰关联熵分析.结果表明,测交新组合的产量与对应恢复系的农艺性状熵关联度为:株高0.9832,一次有效分枝数0.9864,主花序长度0.9892,主花序角数0.9865,主花序角长0.9838,主花序结角密度0.9745,总角数0.9897,角粒数0.9770,千粒重0.9880.熵关联序为:总角数>主花序长度>千粒重>主花序角数>一次有效分枝数>主花序角长>株高>角粒数>主花序结角密度,并以此确定了油菜质不育系B101A的恢复系的选育和筛选方向.%The grey relation entropy analysis was carried out for the single plant yield of the new combinations between 11 restorer lines and their corresponding high - quality cytoplasmic sterile line B101A of rape. The results showed that the entropy relation degrees of new combination yield with the agronomic traits of their corresponding restore lines were 0.9832 with plant height, 0.9864 with the first branch number, 0.9892 with the length of main inflorescence, 0.9865 with the number of main inflorescence pods, 0. 9838 with the main inflorescence pod length, 0.9745 with the main inflorescence pod density, 0.9897 with the total pod number, 0.9770 with seed number per pod, 0. 9880 with 1000 - grain weight. The entropy relation sequence was total pod number > main inflorescence length > 1000 - grain weight > main inflorescence pod number > the first branch number > main inflorescence pod length > plant height > seed number per pod > main inflorescence pod density. Then the selecting direction of restorer lines of rape cytoplasmic male sterile line B101A was determined based on the results.
