山东省莱芜市野生蔬菜资源调查

摘要

在全面野外考察、采集植物标本的基础上,对莱芜野菜的种类组成、生活型、食用部位、药用价值和食用方法等进行了研究,鉴定出有药食两用价值的野菜资源共计108种,并对该地区野菜资源的开发利用提出了建议.%Based on the overall investigation for the wild plant resources in Laiwu City, the species composition, life types, edible parts, medicinal value and edible methods of the wild vegetable resources were studied in detail, and 108 species had both medicinal and edible functions. Some proposals were also put forward for the exploitation and utilization of the wild vegetable resources from Laiwu City in this paper.
