高等植物谷氨酰胺合成酶基因的研究进展

摘要

Nitrogen is an important nutrient for plant growth, but the exogenous inorganic nitrogen must be assimilated into organic nitrogen which can be absorbed by higher plants. Glutamine synthetase ( GS) is the key enzyme involved in the process of nitrogen assimilation.
