玉米器官大小相关基因SMO2的鉴定和特征分析

摘要

In this paper, a homolog of Arabidopsis organ size associated gene SMO2 was identified from maize genome through bioinformatics method. Furthermore, the chromosome location, coding sequence size, phylogeny, and cis - elements in upstream sequence of maize SMO2 gene were also analyzed. This research provided valuable information for the cloning and functional dissection of SMO2 in maize.%利用生物信息学方法,从玉米基因组中鉴定出一个与拟南芥的SMO2基因同源的基因,并对这个基因的染色体分布、遗传进化、顺式调控元件等进行了分析,以期为该基因的克隆及功能研究提供有益信息.
