6－BA 浓度对红色大花月季愈伤组织诱导的影响

摘要

Taking red big flower rose stem segments without bud as explants, the effect of different con-centrations of 6-BA on callus induction were studied in this paper.The results showed that appropriate con-centration of 6-BA could significantly promote the induction rate, growth amount and growth rate.When the 6-BA concentration was 1.5 mg/L, the callus induction rate and growth amount reached the highest as 94%and 0.9706 g per bottle respectively.The optimum medium for callus induction of red big flower rose was MS+0.5 mg/L NAA +1.5 mg/L 6-BA.%以红色大花月季不带芽茎段为外植体，研究了不同浓度6－BA对红色大花月季愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明，适宜浓度的6－BA对愈伤组织的诱导率、生长量和产生速率都有明显的促进作用；6－BA浓度为1．5 mg／L时，愈伤组织的诱导率和生长量均达到最高，分别为94％和0．9706 g／瓶；红色大花月季愈伤组织诱导的最佳诱导培养基为MS＋0．5 mg／L NAA＋1．5 mg／L 6－BA。
