Anaerobic digesting of lignocellulose to produce available bio-energy is a feasible method to relieve the serious situation of energy shortage.The chemical composition and structure of lignocellulose, the principle of anaerobic digestion, and the research progress on anaerobic digestion of lignocellulose were re-viewed, and then suggestions were put forward for the further research.%木质纤维素厌氧发酵产生的可利用生物质能源是目前解决能源短缺问题的可行方法之一。本文综述了木质纤维素的组成结构、厌氧发酵的原理以及木质纤维素厌氧发酵研究进展,并对木质纤维素厌氧发酵技术的发展提出具体建议。
