常压室温等离子体对NaCl胁迫下二月兰种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

             

摘要

以二月兰种子为试验材料,采用培养皿纸上发芽法研究不同质量浓度NaCl胁迫下常压室温等离子体(ARTP)处理对二月兰种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:在清水处理条件下,ARTP处理降低了幼苗地上部和地下部鲜质量,处理10 min时根长显著增加,出苗率显著降低;在5g/L NaCl处理条件下,ARTP处理对二月兰种子萌发与幼苗生长没有显著影响;在10 g/L NaCl处理条件下,ARTP处理对二月兰幼苗株高无显著影响,但显著降低了出苗率,处理10 min时发芽率显著降低,但幼苗地上部鲜质量显著增加.%Using Orychophragmus violaceus seeds as test materials,the effects of atmospheric and room temperature plasmas(ARTP) on the seed germination and seedling growth of Orychophragmus violaceus under different concentrations of NaCl stress were studied by adopting the paper germination method of Petri dish.The results showed that under the condition of water treatment,the aboveground and underground fresh weight of the seedlings reduced with the plasma treatments,while the root length increased but the emergence rate reduced significantly after treated for 10 minutes.Under the condition of 5 g/L NaCl treatment,ARTP treatments had no significant effect on the seed germination and seedling growth.Under the condition of 10 g/L NaCl treatment,ARTP treatments had no significant effect on the plant height,but the emergence rate decreased significantly,and the germination rate reduced but the aboveground fresh weight increased significantly after treated for 10 minutes.
