供给侧改革背景下山东棉花生产稳定发展的路径选择

摘要

Due to the undue high cost,intractable climatic and market risks and low benefit of cotton production,the development of cotton industry was suffered a setback in Shandong Province.Based on analyzing the importance of Shandong cotton industry on economic and social development under the new situation,we put forward the basic ideas and effective ways for stable and continuous development of Shandong cotton production from the perspective of supply-side structural reform.%由于棉花生产成本过高、自然和市场风险防控复杂、植棉效益低等原因,山东省棉花产业发展受挫.本文分析了新形势下山东棉花产业对社会经济发展的重要性,并从供给侧结构性改革视角提出了山东棉花生产稳定发展的基本思路、有效路径.
