有机生态型无土栽培不同品种黄瓜氮素吸收利用的差异

         

摘要

With perlite, vermiculite and peat as culture substrates, the difference of soilless culture in nitrogen uptake and utilization of 12 cucumber varieties were studied under the same nitrogen level.The results showed that the difference of dry matter amount in plant was higher than that in fruit between different varieties of cucumber.The interspecies difference of nitrogen content in fruit was greater than that in plant.The correlation and path analysis showed that the total nitrogen absorption and nitrogen use efficiency had significantly positive correlations with cucumber yield, and played major roles in yield and total dry matter of cucumber.%以珍珠岩、蛭石和草炭为栽培基质,在相同氮素水平下,研究12个黄瓜品种氮素吸收利用的差异.结果表明:不同品种黄瓜植株间的干物质量差异明显高于果实;果实氮含量的种间差异大于植株.相关及通径分析表明:总吸氮量和氮素利用效率与黄瓜产量呈极显著正相关,对黄瓜产量及总干物质量起主要作用.
