Molecular marker-assisted selection has become a fast and effective breeding method in wheat breeding.Here 29 disease-resistant molecular markers were used to detect 354 wheat cultivars.Then the distribution of these molecular markers in the wheat cultivars were analyzed.The results showed that many wheat cultivars had more than one marker,such as Heimai AR132 had the markers resistant to powdery mildew,leaf rust and sheath blight simultaneously;twelve wheat cultivars had markers resistant to powdery mildew,leaf rust and gibberellic disease simultaneously,they were Huaimai 0607,SN086218,Shixin 733,Xu 30,Wei 74987,Zhoumai 28,Zhongmai 1219,Lian 05167,Huai 05155,Jagger,CP02-62-1-2-2-2-1,Zhongyu 01089.This study provided some basis for wheat pyramiding breeding.%利用分子标记选育抗病小麦新品种已经成为一种快速有效的育种方法.本研究用29对抗病分子标记对354个小麦品种进行检测,分析这些标记在小麦品种中的分布情况.结果显示,检测到多个小麦品种同时含有多个标记,如黑麦AR132同时含有抗白粉病、叶锈病、纹枯病标记;淮麦0607、SN086218、石新733、徐30、潍74987、周麦28、中麦1219、连05167、淮05155、Jagger、CP02-62-1-2-2-2-1、中育01089同时含有抗白粉病、叶锈病、赤霉病标记.本研究为小麦聚合育种提供了一定依据.
