不同施氮量对花生叶片衰老和产量的影响

         

摘要

The effects of different nitrogen application rates on the Mehler reaction,photorespiration,H2O2 content,leaf senescence,incidence of leaf spot disease and yield were studied with the peanut cultivar Shanhua 108 as material.Five nitrogen application rates were designed as no nitrogen (N0),37.5 kg/hm2 (N37.5),75.0 kg/hm2 (N75.0),112.5 kg/hm2 (Nl12.5) and 150.0 kg/hm2 (N150).The results showed that in the range of 0 ~75 kg/hm2,the Mehler reaction,photorespiration,H2O2 content,leaf senescence and incidence of leaf spot disease decreased,while the yield increased with the increase of nitrogen application rates.But in the range of 75 ~ 150 kg/hm2,the yield decreased while the other characters increased.In conclusion,nitrogen application rate regulated the peanut senescence,incidence of leaf spot disease and yield via affecting both the elimination and generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS).%以花生品种山花108为材料,探讨了5个施氮水平N0(不施氮,CK)、N37.5(施纯氮37.5 kg/hm2,下同)、N75、Nl12.5、N150对花生叶片活性氧产生途径米勒反应和光呼吸、H2O2含量、叶片衰老、叶斑病发生程度及产量的影响.结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,在N0到N75处理范围内,米勒反应、光呼吸、H2O2含量、叶片衰老和叶斑病发生呈现降低的趋势,而产量呈升高趋势;在N75到N150处理范围内,产量呈降低趋势,以上其它指标呈现增加趋势.施氮量可通过调控活性氧的清除和产生对花生衰老和叶斑病的发生以及产量进行影响.
