子痫前期孕妇外周血辅助性T细胞和自然杀伤细胞的表达水平分析

摘要

目的:分析子痫前期(PE)孕妇外周血辅助性T细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞表达水平.方法:选择近期住院确诊的PE妇女42例,入选对象均接受辅助性T细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞(CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/ CD+8、CD+56)检测,并与同期住院正常怀孕产妇 (对照组,20例)的检测结果比较.结果:PE组血清CD+4、CD+4/ CD+8、CD+56表达水平明显高于对照组,而CD+8表达水平则显著低于后者(P均<0.05～0.01).结论:子痫前期孕妇外周血辅助性T细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞的水平异常表达.%Objective : To analyse expression level of PE bLood helper T cell and natural killer cell in preeclampsia pregnant women.Methods:Continuous selected 42 PE pregnant women who deliveried in hopsital recently , the selected objects wcre all dctected peripheral blood helper T cell (CD3+ 、 CD4+ 、CD8+ 、CD4+ / CD8+ ) and natural killer cell (CD56+).and compared with the same detect results of normal pregnant women ( control group , 20 women).Results : PE group serum CD4+ 、CD4+ /CD8+ 、CD+56 expressions level were obviously higher than those in of control group, however expression level of CD8+ was obviously lower than that in the latter ( P ＜ 0.05～ 0.01).Conclusion :PE pregnant women have both peripheral blood helper T cell and natural killer cell abnormal expression.
