Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of complete excision of benign breast tumors using an ul-trasound-guided, vacuum assisted biopsy device(Mammotome Biopsy System).Methods: 295 breast mass in 206 pa-tients who nad undergone ultrasound guided vacuum assisted biopsy excision of benign breast tumors were retrospec-tively reviewed and followed up. Results: Operation complete rate was 100%. Among 295 breast mass, 98. 98% (292/295) were histologically benign, 1. 02% (3/295) were histologically malignant, 7. 12% (21/295) presented com-plications related to operation, mainly for postoperative hematoma and skin ecchymosis. With followed up for 3~ 60months,there was no recurrence1. 36%(4/295) presented locally skin indentation. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided vacuum assisted biopsy device excision is a safe and minimally invasive technique for the complete removal of benign breast tumors.%目的:探讨超声引导下采用真空辅助微创旋切系统(麦默通,Mammotome Biopsy System)微创切除乳腺肿块的可行性.方法:回顾性分析麦默通微创旋切治疗的206例患者的临床资料,并密切随访术后情况.结果:手术成功率100%,无1例转为开放手术.206例患者总计成功切除295个乳腺肿块,其中良性肿瘤98.98%(292/295),恶性肿瘤1.02%(3/295).术后7.12%(21/295)出现近期并发症,主要为局部血肿和皮肤瘀斑;随访3～60月,良性肿瘤复发率为0%(0/292),1.36%(4/295)出现轻度皮肤凹陷.结论:超声引导下真空辅助微创旋切系统微创切除乳腺良性肿瘤安全有效,美容效果良好.
