子宫动脉栓塞术治疗宫颈妊娠临床研究

摘要

Objective :Investigate the clinical value of uterine artery embolization (UAE) cure cervical pregnancy . Method :Make retrospective analysis based on clinical data of 58 patients who use uterine artery embolization to cure cervical pregnancy in the hospital from june .2003 to june .2014 .Result :The uterus and fertility of 58 patients with cervical pregnan‐cy were all retained ,the healing effect was satisfying .Conclusion :Bilateral uterine artery embolization is a conservative treatment which has clinical value to cure cervical pregnancy ,have advantages such as minimally Invasive ,safe ,fast hemo‐stasis ,healing effect is affirmative ,can be able to retain fertility ,it is worth to clinical popularize .%目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）治疗宫颈妊娠的临床价值。方法：对本院2003年6月至2014 年6月 58例采用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗宫颈妊娠患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：58例宫颈妊娠患者均成功保留子宫及生育能力，疗效满意。结论：双侧子宫动脉栓塞术是治疗宫颈妊娠的一种具有临床价值的保守治疗方法，具有微创、安全、止血快、疗效肯定、可保留生育功能的优点，值得临床推广应用。
