西安某三甲教学医院2型糖尿病住院患者治疗情况调查研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the current treatment status of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes in a 3A teaching hospital in Xi'an.Methods:retrospective analysis on the hypoglycemic therapy,control of blood sugar when the patients discharge the hospital and the use of antihypertensive,lipid regulation,anti-platelet drugs for the 520 patients with type 2 diabetes during the hospital stay in a 3A teaching hospital.Results:Among all the hypoglycemic therapy for the 520 patients,oral drugs along with insulin has the highest usage rate which is 36.9%. biguanides are used most often in oral hypoglycemic drugs which is 48.3%,intensive insulin is the most widely used therapy in insulin therapy which is 47.5%.Biguanides combined insulin takes up the highest proportion in combined drug therapy which is 16.9%,the reaching standard rate of fasting blood sugar blood sugar is supposed to be 62.7%when the patient discharges the hospital and the blood sugar compliance rate is supposed to be 60.2% within 2 hours after meal,ACEI or ARB accounts for the highest proportion in the usage of hypotensor which is 81.6%,statins are used most frequently of all the lipid regulating drugs which is 80.2%,and among all the anti-platelet drugs aspirin has the highest usage rate which is 71.9%.Conclusion:the hospital's management and treatment of type 2 diabetes patients is in line with the requirements of the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes in Chi-na.%目的:调查西安某三甲教学医院2型糖尿病住院患者的治疗情况.方法:选择西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的2型糖尿病住院患者520例,调查并分析其降糖治疗方案、出院时血糖控制情况以及住院期间降压药、调脂药、抗血小板聚集药的应用等情况.结果:520例患者降糖治疗方案以口服药联合胰岛素方案最多(36.9%),口服降糖药物以双胍类使用率最高(48.3%),胰岛素以强化治疗方案最多(47.5%),联合用药以双胍类联合胰岛素比例最高(16.9%);出院时空腹血糖达标率为62.7%,餐后2 h血糖达标率为60.2%.降压药以ACEI或ARB类使用率最高(81. 6%),调脂药以他汀类使用率最高(80.2%),抗血小板聚集药以阿司匹林使用率为最高(71.9%).结论:该院对2型糖尿病住院患者的管理和治疗规范,符合《中国2型糖尿病防治指南》的要求.
