自拟肛肠洗剂对吻合器痔上粘膜环切术治疗重度痔患者的辅助效果研究

摘要

目的：研究中药方案对吻合器痔上粘膜环切术治疗重度痔患者的辅助效果。方法：选择105例混合痔术后患者，随机分为自拟肛肠洗剂、祛毒中药组及淡盐水组，各35例。3组均在术后第1日开始进行熏洗坐浴，每日2次，之后均给予生肌玉红膏换药，疗程为2周。比较三组治疗前后的创面水肿、疼痛、创面愈合天数。结果：自拟肛肠洗剂组对于术后创面水肿、疼痛及创面愈合情况明显优于对照组（祛毒中药组及淡盐水组）（ P＜0．05）。结论：自拟肛肠洗剂组有显著的消肿、镇痛、及促进创面愈合作用，值得应用。%Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicinal procedure for prolapse and hemor‐rhoids .Method:105 cases of patients were divided into Zini‐anorectal lotion group ,Chinese medicinal group and saline group (each n = 35) .After hemorrhoidectomy for one day ,all groups were given fuming‐washing therapy and hip bath therapy and shengji yu hong Gao twice a day .A therapeutic course was 2 week .The curative effect on swelling ,pain and healing time (day) ,and syndrome integrals were compared and analyzed before and after treatment .Results :After treat‐ment with Chinese medicinal with action of dispelling toxin ,the relief of swelling and pain and healing of wound were sig‐nificantly superior in Zini‐anorectal lotion group to those in Chinese medicinal group and saline group (P<0 .05) .Conclu‐sion:Zini‐anorectal lotion group anti‐inflammatory ,analgesic ,and promote wound healing effect ,is worth usting .
