目的：观察安胃汤联合常规西药治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取我院消化内科100例胃溃疡患者，根据患者住院号同时使用随机数表将患者随机分为两组，其中观察组50例，对照组50例。对照组患者给予单纯西药治疗，观察组患者在对照组患者治疗方案的基础上使用自拟安胃汤作为增加治疗。根据患者自述症状及影像学、胃镜检查确认治疗效果。结果：两组患者临床疗效比较，观察组治愈率74．00％，治疗有效率98．00％，对照组治愈率54．00％，治疗有效率82．00％，观察组治愈率和治疗有效率均明显高于对照组，两者差异具有显著统计学意义（χ2＝8．116，P＝0．017）。结论：中西医结合疗法在胃溃疡的临床治疗中较单纯西药治疗具有更好的疗效。%Objective :To observe the clinical effect of treating gastric ulcer with the combination of Anwei de-coction and western medicine .Methods :Selected our hospital gastroenterology 100 cases of gastric ulcer patients ,accord-ing to the patient's hospital number while using random number table ,the patients were randomly divided into two groups ,the observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases) .Patients in the control group treatment based on the use of self-made Anwei decoction as increasing treatment observed in the control group were treated with western medicine alone in a study .According to the patient's symptoms and imaging ,endoscopy confirmed the effect of treatment . Result :Comparison of the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients ,the cure rate of the observation group was 74 . 00% ,and the effective rate was 98 .00% ,in the control group ,the cure rate was 54 .00% ,and the effective rate of treat-ment was 82 .00% ,in the observation group ,the cure rate and effective rate of treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group ,the difference was significant (χ2 = 8 .116 ,P= 0 .017) .Conclusion :Chinese and Western medi-cine therapy in the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer than pure western medicine has better curative effect .
