中医三期疗法治疗小儿肾病综合征疗效观察

摘要

目的:探讨中医三期疗法对调节小儿肾病综合征免疫功能及预防远期复发的效果,总结其临床应用价值.方法:选取肾病综合征患儿60例,按照随机分组方法均分为两组.对照组采用西医激素中长程疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医三期疗法,早期使用健脾温阳利水法治疗,中期使用健脾益气滋阴清热法治疗,晚期使用健脾益气助阳法治疗,观察对比两组治疗前后免疫指标、疗效指标的变化及远期复发率.结果:观察组治疗后血清IgA、IgM、IgG水平与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组远期复发率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:中医三期疗法治疗小儿肾病综合征,可有助于恢复机体免疫功能,提高疗效及预防远期复发.%Objective:To observe the effect of the three phase of TCM on the regulations of immune function and prevention of long-term recurrence in children with nephrotic syndrome, and to summarize its clinical application value.Methods: Select nephrotic syndrome on children with 60 cases,with were divided into 2 groups.according to the equipartition of random grouping method, control group of 30 cases, with long term therapy, observation group of 28 cases, in the control Group on the basis of using TCM therapy observed compared before and after treatment between the two groups of immune index, the early use of invigorating the spleen and warming yang and diuretic therapy, mid treatment of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, nourishing yin and clearing heat method, late Jianpi Yiqi Yang method in the treatment of observed compared before and after treatment between the two groups of immune index,index of effect changes and long-term recurrence rate.Results:Serum IgA, IgM, IgG levels before and after treatment had significant difference (P<0.05). And compared with the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05); observation group the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The three phases of Chinese medicine treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome, can help to restore the body's immune function as soon as possible and improve the efficacy and prevention of long-term recurrence.
