固冲汤加减方联合西药治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察固冲汤加减方联合西药治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床效果.方法:收集无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的患者86例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例,对两组患者的控制出血和出血停止时间、临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生率进行比较.结果:观察组控制出血时间和止血时间短于对照组,且观察组的复发率7.0%低于对照组的23.3%(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为97.7%高于对照组的86.0%(P<0.05);两组患者的头晕、头痛、嗜睡、恶心及胃肠不适的发生率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:固冲汤加减方联合西药治疗无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床效果显著,值得在临床上应用.%Objective:To observe the effect of Guchong decoction combination with western medicine treating on ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:86 cases ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into the observation group and the control group, 43 cases in each group, then the control bleeding time and stop time, recurrence rate, clinical curative rate and adverse reaction between the two groups were compared.Results :The control bleeding time and stopping bleeding time(in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (the recurrence rate in the observation group was 7.0% lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total efficiency in observation group was 97.7%,higher than that of control group (P<0.05);the differences of the rate of dizziness, headache, abdominal discomfort, nausea and lethargy between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion :The effect of Guchong Decoction combination with western medicine treating on ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant, can use in the clinical application.
