四妙消痹汤对类风湿关节炎活动期患者血小板参数和P-选择素的影响

摘要

目的：探究四妙消痹汤对类风湿关节炎活动期患者血小板参数和 P‐选择素的影响。方法：选取本院收治的类风湿关节炎患者63例，按照随机数表法分为观察组32例和对照组31例，分别给予四妙消痹汤、甲氨蝶呤治疗12周，比较治疗前后血小板参数和P‐选择素、疗效、主要症状体征的积分。结果：治疗后观察组血小板参数PLT、MPV、PCT 、PDW、Ps均下降，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗后两组的关节肿胀、关节疼痛、按压疼痛、晨僵时间积分均降低，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：四妙消痹汤可降低类风湿关节炎活动期患者血小板参数和P‐选择素，在治疗类风湿关节炎方面有很好的疗效。%Objective :To explore the effect of Simiao Xiaobi decoction on platelet parameters and P‐select ele‐ment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis during rheumatoid arthritis activity .Methods :63 cases with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital were selected to be randomly divided into observation group 32 cases and the control group 31 cases .The observation group’ patients were given to Simiao Xiaobi decoction ,and the control group’ patients were given to methotrexate .The platelet parameters before and after treatment ,therapeutic effect ,integral of main symp‐toms and signs were compared .Results:After treatment ,the observation group PLT ,MPV ,platelet parameters PCT ,PDW and Ps were decreased ,and the observation group than in the control group ,the difference was statisti‐cally significant (P<0 .05);the total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0 .05);the two groups after treatment of joint swelling ,joint pain ,pressing pain ,morning stiffness time points were lower ,and the observation group than the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Simiao Xiaobi decoction can reduce tplatelet parameters and P‐select element in patients with rheumatoid arthritis ,the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a good effect .
