养阴利咽饮对慢性咽炎患者血清炎症因子、症状改善影响研究

摘要

目的:探讨和分析养阴利咽饮对慢性咽炎患者血清炎症因子、临床症状及疗效影响.方法:选取138例慢性咽炎患者作为临床研究对象.随机将入选患者分为研究组68例和对照组70例.对照组采用西地碘含片进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用养阴利咽饮进行治疗.分别对两组慢性咽炎患者临床疗效,治疗前后临床症状总积分改善情况,血清炎症因子水平变化情况以及治疗后不同时间复发率进行比较和分析.结果:与对照组相比,研究组慢性咽炎患者临床治疗显效率和总有效率明显提高,分别可达55.88% 和94.12%,而无效率明显降低,仅为5.88%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组慢性咽炎患者治疗后临床症状总积分(9.73 ± 2.11)分明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组慢性咽炎患者治疗后血清炎症因子水平IL-6(137.92 ± 32.76)ng/L和T N F-α(93.71 ± 21.86)ng/L均明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组慢性咽炎患者治疗后2个月和治疗后3个月复发率4.41%(3/68)和8.82%(6/68)均明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:养阴利咽饮能够有效提高慢性咽炎患者临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,降低复发率,其机制与调节血清炎症因子水平有关.%Objective:To probe into the effect of Yangyin Liyan decoction on serum inflammatory factors, symptoms improvement and clinical efficacy for chronic pharyngitis patients.Methods:138 chronic pharyngitis pa-tients were randomly divided into study group(n=68)and control group(n=70).The patients in control groups were treated with cydiodine buccal tablets.The patients in study group were treated with Yangyin Liyan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,the improvement of the total score of clinical symptoms and the change of serum inflammatory cytokines before and after treatment,the recurrence rate at different time after treat-ment of the chronic pharyngitis patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with control group,the chronic pharyngitis patients in study group,the effective rate of clinical treatment and the total effective rate were increased significantly,up to 55.88% and 94.12%,while the ineffective rate was significantly reduced,only 5.88%,the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0.05);the chronic pharyngitis patients in study group after treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms were(9.73 ± 2.11)points,there were decreased signifi-cantly,the differences were significant statistically significant(P<0.05);the chronic pharyngitis patients in study group after treatment,the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines,IL-6 were(137.92 ± 32.76)ng/L and TNF-α were(93.71 ± 21.86)ng/L,there were decreased significantly,the differences were significant statistically significant (P<0.05);the chronic pharyngitis patients in study group,2 months and 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rates was 4.41%(3/68)and 8.82%(6/68),there were decreased significantly,the differences were significant sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yangyin Liyan decoction could effectively improve the clinical treat-ment,improve clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate for chronic pharyngitis patients.The mechanism is related to the regulation of serum levels of inflammatory cytokines.
