藿香正气散合胃苓汤化裁对功能性消化不良患者胃排空率及血清5-HT、GAS、NO水平的影响

摘要

目的:观察藿香正气散合胃苓汤化裁而成的经验方辨治功能性消化不良的临床效果.方法:将136例脾虚湿盛证功能性消化不良患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各68例.对照组患者给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服;治疗组患者则加用藿香正气散合胃苓汤化裁而成的经验方辨治,对比两组治疗的有效率,评价中医证候积分,计算胃排空率,监测治疗前后血清因子水平.结果:治疗组的疗效92.6％ 显著高于对照组的77.9％(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分及血清中N O、5-H T水平均显著下降(P<0.05),胃肠激素GAS浓度及胃排空率均显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组上述变化比对照组明显(P<0.05).结论:本经验方辨治功能性消化不良疗效肯定,能通过升高GAS、NO、5-HT水平以强化胃肠动力、改善脑肠轴功能以缓解患者的临床症状,提高胃排空率.%Objective:To investigate the effective of treating functional dyspepsia patients with huoxiang-zhengqi powder and Weiling decoction.Methods:136 cases were randomly divided into a control group of 68 cases and a treatment group of 68 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with mosapride citrate tablets ;while pa-tients in the treatment group were treated with Huoxiang zhengqi powder and Weiling decoction.The research was aimed at evaluating the effectiveness by comparing its syndrome integral,calculating the rate of gastric emptying,and monitoring the levels of serum factors.Results:The efficiency of patients in the treatment group was 92.6％,which was higher than that of the control group 77.9％ (P<0.05);The TCM syndrome integrals,NO levels of two groups of patients after treatment went down (P< 0.05),while the GAS levels and gastric emptying rate after treatment went up,and the drop degree of o treatment group was bigger than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy has good effect,it can increase the rate of gastric emptying and relieve clinical symptoms by regulating the levels of GAS,NO and 5-HT to strengthen the gastrointestinal dynamics and improve brain gut axis function.
