激光熔敷技术在设备修复中的应用

摘要

As laser cladding technology has the characteristics of small deformation after parts welding,good welding effect,subsequent processing conveniently and easy to implement automated welding,the technology has a lot of advantages than traditional welding in the welding of small diameter shaft and thin wall parts and has high application value in mine equipment repair.%由于激光熔敷技术具有焊后零件变形小、焊接效果好及后续加工便利、可实现自动化焊接等特点,对小直径及薄壁类零件的焊接上较传统焊接具有很大的优越性,在矿区设备修复中有极高的应用价值。
