In this paper, we first derive the transfer function of a broad band seismometer and form its feedback model. Then, we simplify it into an approximate expression. This approximate expression is a product of a sensitivity value, a transfer function of a low pass filter and a transfer function of a high pass filter. From it, we can see how the electronic and mechanical parameters decide the seismometer s amplitude response clearly. This information can help us to design seismometers with amplitude response that we expect. We practiced this method in the designing of EDAS-BS60 seismometer and got good consistency between theoretic amplitude response and sine calibration results of real seismometers.%根据宽频带地震计的反馈模型推导传递函数,简化为一个近似表达式,由此可以清楚看到地震计的机械电子参数是如何影响其幅度响应特性的.在EDAS-BS60一体化数字地震仪设计中,应用近似表达式来指导反馈系统参数的计算和反馈系统调试,可将EDAS-BS60内嵌反馈地震计的频率特性调整到与理论推导的传递函数相一致.
