植物生长调节剂对土人参种子发芽的影响

             

摘要

探讨了6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)等植物生长调节剂对土人参种子萌发及幼苗早期生长的影响.结果表明:不同植物生长调节剂对土人参种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响不同,同一植物生长调节剂的浓度不同其影响也不同.与ck对比,6-BA促进土人参种子发芽与幼苗生长的最佳浓度为2 mg/L; IAA、NAA和IBA的最佳浓度分别为50、100、50 mg/L.其中,2 mg/L的6-BA对土人参种子发芽的促进效果最好;50 mg/L的IAA促进土人参幼苗生长的效果最明显.%Effects of plant growth regulator on both Talinm paniculatum seed germination and its seedling growth at the early phase were examined. Talinm paniculatum were treated with different concentration of 6-g amino purine (6-BA) ,naphthyl acetic acid (IAA) ,indoles acetic acid (NAA) and indolebutyric acid (IBA) in a series of experiments. The results showed that different plant growth regulator and even different concentration of the same kind have different influences on Talinm paniculatum seed germination and its seedling growth. Compared with ck,the optimal concentration for 6-BA,IAA,NAA and IBA to promote the seed germination of Talinm paniculatum and its seedling growth are respectively 2 mg/L,50,100 mg/L and 50 mg/L. Above all,6-BA of 2 mg/L has best effect for promotion of the germination of Talinm paniculatum while IAA of 50 mg/L facilitates its seedling growth most evidently.
