引发处理对高温胁迫下芹菜种子萌发与激素的影响

摘要

以文图拉芹菜种子为试验材料,采用种子活力试验及种子激素测定法研究不同引发处理对高温胁迫下芹菜种子萌发与激素的影响,为解决芹菜种子耐高温萌发问题以及耐高温逆境生理研究提供依据.结果表明,34℃/24℃高温胁迫明显抑制各处理种子的萌发,同时相比ck处理,GA3处理和CaC12处理对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等种子活力指标促进作用最为明显,H2O2处理和PEG处理次之,各引发处理均可有效减轻高温胁迫对种子萌发的危害.此外,ck处理、PEG处理、GA3处理与H2O2处理的激素比例随温度变化的规律与其种子活力随温度变化的规律一致,各引发处理对激素比例的调节与引发处理对种子活力的影响规律相符,这说明引发处理有可能通过种子激素水平的调节来影响种子萌发与生长.%The experiment with celery seeds as material researched the effects of different priming treatments on germination and hormones of celery seeds under high temperature stress,in order to provide evidence to the solutions and physiology researches of celery seeds germination under high temperature stress.The results showed that,34 ℃/24 ℃ high temperature stress treatments inhibited germination.While compared to ck treatment,the promotion of GA3 treatment and CaCl2 treatment on germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index and other seed vigor indexes was most obvious,with the follow of H2O2 treatment and PEG treatment,which indicated that all priming treatments can effectively reduce the hazards of seeds germination under high temperature stress.In addition,the regulars of changes of hormone ratios with temperature in ck,PEG,GA3 and H2O2 treatment were consistent with the regulars of changes of seed vigor with temperature,and the regulation of priming treatments in hormone ratios was consistent with the influence of priming treatments on seeds vigor consistent,which indicated it is possible for seeds priming to affect seeds germination and growth by regulation of hormone levels.
