Na2CO3胁迫对非洲凤仙种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

With room water culture experiment,the seeds and seedlings of Impatiens walleriana Hook.f.were treated with Na2CO3 (10,20,30,40,50,60,70 mmol/L),and the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and chlorophyll content were determined.The results showed:With the increasement of Na2CO3 concentration,the seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and chlorophyll content were in negative correlation.There were significant effects on seed germination when the concentration of Na2CO3 was 50 mmol/L.The chlorophyll content declined seriously under the stress of Na2CO3.The result indicated that Na2CO3 stress seriously injured the seedling growth.%采用室内水培试验,以不同浓度(10,20,30,40,50,60,70 mmol/L)的Na2CO3对非洲凤仙种子和幼苗进行胁迫处理,测定其种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势和叶绿素含量等指标.结果表明:各项指标与Na2CO3胁迫浓度呈明显负相关.当Na2CO3浓度达到50 mmol/L时,发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势显著下降,说明高浓度Na2CO3溶液对种子的萌发具有强烈的抑制作用.Na2CO3胁迫使叶绿素含量显著降低,严重影响幼苗的光合能力,抑制幼苗的正常生长.
